Environmental EPDM rubber track material is a colorful, hard-wearing, elastic, shock-absorbing, eco-friendly option, easy to maintain and ideal for schools, sports venues, and public recreation areas.

The breathable plastic track is a kind of plastic track. After the polyurethane adhesive specially designed for sports fields is proportionally mixed with special rubber particles, it is laid with the thickness controlled by professional construction machinery. And on its surface, EPDM rubber particles are mixed with the same-color polyurethane topcoat and sprayed into shape by a professional spraying machine. It is suitable for schools at all levels and of all types, sports stadiums, the running tracks of the track and field stadiums, semi-circular areas, auxiliary areas, fitness paths for the whole people, the training tracks of indoor gymnasiums, and the road surfacing of amusement parks.

Hybrid plastic running track adopts two-layer structure, the bottom layer is the elastic layer of full PU doped with part of the rubber particles, and the top layer is the wear-resistant layer of wear-resistant polyurethane top coat mixed with EPDM particles spraying. With good elasticity, shock absorption and durability, it can effectively protect athletes' joints and reduce sports injuries, while being easy to maintain and environmentally friendly.

The composite plastic track is divided into two layers. The bottom layer is the same as the breathable plastic track. Elastic rubber particles and polyurethane adhesive are used to make a buffer elastic layer with a thickness of 8MM using paving equipment. The PU polyurethane elastic layer is laid with a thickness of 2-3mm, and finally sprayed with track topcoat as the wear surface layer.

The self-texturing plastic track, a self-texturing (non-printed) surface without solid EPDM granules, forms its texture by mixing and stirring pure polyurethane adhesive in a 1:2 ratio of components A and B on a PU primer base.Sprayable bases include fully plastic and mixed polyurethane rubber primers.

Fully plastic tracks are commonly used in international athletics venues, and in high - standard tracks in primary, middle, and high schools. Their service life is typically 15 years.

Prefabricated plastic tracks are made in factories. They are eco-friendly, double-layered rolls or slabs with a wear-resistant top layer and a shock-absorbing bottom layer. They are made of polyurethane or rubber. With all-weather durability, quick installation and high-rebound shock absorption, they're designed for high-intensity sports scenarios like Olympic arenas, continental games venues, professional athletics tracks, and school playgrounds.
